Aloha & Welcome 2012 Hali'imaile Softball League The 2012 HSL Spring Season, Field Clean-Up Day, Feb 4th, Season Start on the 11th HSL turns 34 yrs This Haliimaile Softball League is celebrating it's 34th year of existence this year. We're going to add a few pages to the HSL History section of this site and we're going to need some help from current & former league members. What we need is any old HSL team photos you might have laying around. You can either give them to Chuck at the ballpark or email them to me, We'd also like to get the winners of Haliimaile Softball League play from 1978 to the present. Hali'imaile Softball Field The park is located 1073 ft. up the side of a volcano - 10,024 Ft. "Mt. Haleakala" - in the small plantation town of Haliimaile and is surrounded by sugarcane and pineapple fields. The most notable landmark of the field are the huge, beautiful Banyan and Monkey Pod tree's that were planted over 50 year's ago. more ...
